Boats and sailing
When towing, the cockpit of the boat must be empty. The rope is attached to the towing loops located on each side of the hull at the bow.
When mooring a boat in a designated area (pier, wharf), protect the hull by installing a boat launching rail between the side of the boat and the pier. Securely fasten the mooring line.
Do not exceed the outboard horsepower (weight) listed on the transom nameplate while boating. Maneuver only at low engine speeds.
Before you start boating, make sure the plywood, aluminum, or inflatable seat is properly and comfortably installed in the boat cockpit.
The operating pressure in the inflatable parts of the boat under normal conditions is 0.25 atm.
Inflate the boat with the foot pump provided, or by other means specifically designed for this purpose.
