Must be designed to function as a planning hull - H1 observes the right to approve or disapprove any design. Maximum Hull Length, 32'
Propulsion: 
Must be by a single underwater or surface-piercing, fixed-pitch propeller. 3 Blades & 15in. Diameter maximum.
